Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and shift scheduling.
- Drive sales growth by setting targets, analyzing performance data, and implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory control – monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines to create an inviting and on-brand store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and local legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales, expense, and operational reports to Area Managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of progressive retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing P&L for a retail outlet.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino).
- Knowledge of retail POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
