Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Mixue brand standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of service crew members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, waste management, and quality control of ingredients.
- Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP/SOPs) within the outlet.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions to increase foot traffic and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the F&B or retail sector, preferably with a franchise brand.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications for reporting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a result-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and operational SOPs in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kuantan, Pahang are preferred.
