This role begins as a 3-month contract with a clear path to conversion for the right candidate. You will be at the forefront of retail excellence, managing day-to-day store activities while contributing to strategic growth in a high-traffic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and cash management.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times to drive brand loyalty.
- Develop and mentor staff through regular coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals.
- Implement and monitor company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Analyze store performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for growth.
- Coordinate with regional management to execute promotional campaigns and product launches effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse customer base.
- Commercial awareness and a deep understanding of retail KPIs and operational flow.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
