Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail outlet in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. In this role, you will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and oversee daily operations to maximize profitability and uphold brand standards.
You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, schedule shifts, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
Inventory management is a key responsibility, including receiving shipments, organizing stock rooms, conducting regular audits, and implementing loss-prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
You will also implement visual merchandising plans, ensure product displays are attractive and compliant with corporate guidelines, and adapt layouts based on seasonal promotions and customer feedback.
Analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and identifying trends will enable you to make informed decisions that boost revenue, optimize staffing levels, and improve overall store performance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational excellence.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory control, including stock receipts, replenishment, cycle counts, and loss-prevention initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecast demand, and coordinate with regional management to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and control operating expenses.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency in retail software systems (POS, inventory management) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store needs.
