Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Drive sales through proactive upselling, promotions, and excellent product knowledge.
- Supervise and develop a high-performing team; schedule shifts and monitor performance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock checks, and optimize product availability.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive, on-brand displays.
- Monitor KPIs (sales, shrinkage, footfall) and report insights to regional leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
- Provide coaching and training on customer service, product knowledge, and POS operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or store leadership; ASM considered a strong qualifier for SM candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with inventory control, POS systems, and basic data analysis.
- Diploma or related retail qualification preferred; additional certifications are a plus.
