Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive store sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store personnel to build a high-performing and service-oriented team.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail best practices, inventory control, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
