Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive store sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store personnel to build a high-performing and service-oriented team.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvements in operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and administrative procedures.
- Manage employee scheduling and payroll coordination to optimize labor costs and store coverage.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead conflict resolution to ensure team cohesion and staff retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of retail best practices, inventory control, and loss prevention strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail management/POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure to hit challenging targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
