Responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Provide professional, friendly, and expert assistance to customers to ensure brand loyalty.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent service standards.
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales principles and inventory management.
