Golden ABC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet in Tagaytay City, Cavite. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales associates, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and maintain store standards in line with company policies. You will be responsible for inventory management, visual merchandising, staff scheduling, and achieving key performance indicators. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing P&L.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to build high-performing teams.
