The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient pharmacy workflows.
- Manage, train, and motivate pharmacy staff to provide superior customer service.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and manage replenishment orders.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or in a retail leadership role (Pharmacy experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong knowledge of retail inventory management systems and basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Must be willing to work in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
