Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique cashiering operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Execute precise daily sales reconciliation, perform meticulous cash counting, and manage secure banking procedures.
- Serve as the primary support for the Boutique Manager, managing all back-of-house operational functions including stockroom audits and inventory management.
- Coordinate the receipt and verification of incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy against delivery orders and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Assist in the execution of visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring products are displayed aesthetically and accurately according to brand standards.
- Prepare detailed operational performance reports and sales analyses to provide strategic insights and support management decision-making.
- Maintain a fully compliant operational environment, adhering to retail fiscal regulations, health & safety, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail operations, ideally within the luxury goods, fashion, or high-end consumer products sector.
- Exceptional numerical aptitude with demonstrable experience in cash management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with modern POS/ERP inventory systems.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume retail environment.
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and professional ethics, especially in handling financial information and confidential data.
- A minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required. Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is a distinct advantage.
