Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect automotive accessories to suit their vehicle needs.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations, explaining the benefits and installation compatibility of various car parts.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and managing display units.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automotive technology and new product releases at Ogooda.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical product details clearly.
- A genuine interest in cars and automotive accessories.
- Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Quezon City.
