Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product information, layout navigation, and inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and ensure displays are clean, organized, and restocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving shipments, performing cycle counts, and replenishing stocks on the sales floor.
- Participate in regular team briefings to align on daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Support store management in implementing promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the store environment remains safe and welcoming for all visitors in compliance with company health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and handle physical tasks such as stocking and shelf arrangement.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital POS systems.
