Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure proper product handling to minimize waste and optimize freshness.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, merchandising, and presentation to create an inviting customer environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on store performance, sales, and operational metrics for management review.
