Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure seamless customer service and store standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and coordinate regular physical audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism and grace.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift rotations, and attendance tracking to ensure optimal store coverage.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance store aesthetics and promote product visibility.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, foot traffic, and operational challenges for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail supervision or store management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
