Store Supervisor – Cebu
\nStarbreaker Corp is hiring a Store Supervisor for our PICKUP COFFEE brand in Cebu City. In this role you will lead daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure every guest enjoys a quick, friendly, and memorable visit. You will be the first point of contact for customers, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, and partner with district managers to meet sales targets.
\nYour responsibilities span staffing, training, scheduling, and coaching. You will monitor cash handling, POS procedures, and store security, while maintaining a clean and inviting storefront that reflects our brand standards. \nAs a Store Supervisor you will be accountable for delivering superior customer service, supervising a team of baristas and cashiers, ensuring health and safety compliance, executing promotional merchandising, analyzing daily sales, and building strong relationships in the Cebu market.
\nResponsibilities

- Lead daily store operations to deliver outstanding customer service and an inviting store atmosphere. \n
- Supervise and schedule staff, coach performance, and manage onboarding and training. \n
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS reconciliation with accuracy. \n
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors. \n
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and implement product displays in line with brand guidelines. \n
- Drive sales by executing promotions, analyzing daily performance, and implementing local marketing initiatives. \n
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, and uphold security protocols. \n
Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or team lead experience, preferably in a cafe or quick service environment. \n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a customer first mindset. \n
- Strong organizational abilities, time management, and problem solving under pressure. \n
- Proficiency with point of sale systems, cash handling, and basic financial reconciliation. \n
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; high energy and reliability. \n
- High school diploma required; college coursework in business or hospitality is a plus; relevant certifications are a bonus. \n
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to team development and guest satisfaction. \n
