Starbreaker Corp is hiring a Store Supervisor for our PICKUP COFFEE brand in Cebu City. In this role you will lead daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure every guest enjoys a quick, friendly, and memorable visit. You will be the first point of contact for customers, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, and partner with district managers to meet sales targets.

Your responsibilities span staffing, training, scheduling, and coaching. You will monitor cash handling, POS procedures, and store security, while maintaining a clean and inviting storefront that reflects our brand standards.
