Responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring staff coverage, task prioritization, and operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure the highest standard of visual merchandising, adhering to global brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention protocols.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, ensuring personalized service for every visitor.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to provide actionable insights for store productivity improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
