Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales achievement through team coaching, performance tracking, and promotional execution
- Implement marketing strategies to maximize foot traffic and conversion rates
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards through staff training and supervision
- Monitor store performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely product replenishment
- Maintain store compliance with safety, security, and company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (2+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 3 years retail supervisory experience in consumer electronics or similar sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems (POS, inventory software)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
