As the store supervisor, you will be accountable for the day-to-day performance of the outlet, supervising a diverse team, optimizing staffing levels, and delivering consistent quality across all touchpoints. You’ll partner with the store manager to achieve sales targets, maintain excellent product presentation, and ensure swift, friendly service even during peak hours. You’ll also oversee cash handling, POS accuracy, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations and team performance to achieve sales and service targets.
- Drive guest satisfaction through proactive upselling, product knowledge, and consistent service standards.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members; plan shift schedules and delegate duties effectively.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS operation, daily reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Maintain brand standards for product quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and waste minimization; liaise with suppliers as needed.
- Monitor health, safety, and hygiene compliance; lead by example in a high-energy environment.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a store supervisor, shift lead, or equivalent in F&B or retail (bubble tea experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with a hands-on coaching style.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic financial literacy: cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction.
- Diploma or equivalent education; Food Safety/Food Hygiene and other relevant certifications are a plus.
