Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and execute timely replenishment strategies.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer escalations and provide professional resolutions to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Proven work experience as a Store Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Filipino/local dialect.
- Deep passion for consumer electronics and Apple products.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and retail POS systems.
