Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the student care centre to ensure a safe, engaging, and enriching environment.
  • Supervise a team of educators and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in student care, child development, or a centre management role.
