Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide primary school students during after-school care hours
- Provide homework assistance and academic support to reinforce classroom learning
- Plan and implement age-appropriate enrichment activities and educational games
- Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents and centre management
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and conducive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive social interactions
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop lesson plans and teaching materials
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field
- Previous experience in student care or teaching is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, responsible, and genuinely passionate about working with children
- Ability to effectively manage a class and maintain order
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- First aid certification is an advantage
