As a Supervising Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating training programs, providing technical guidance to stakeholders, and ensuring that curriculum delivery meets industry benchmarks. You will collaborate with training centers, local industries, and government partners to ensure that our technical education initiatives are relevant, accessible, and highly effective. Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate technical-vocational education and training (TVET) programs and initiatives.
- Provide technical assistance and advisory services to partner institutions and training centers regarding compliance and quality standards.
- Analyze industry demand and labor market data to recommend revisions to training curricula.
- Coordinate with local government units and private sectors to align training outcomes with regional industrial needs.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance audits to ensure quality assurance and operational excellence.
- Mentor junior training specialists and support staff to achieve departmental performance KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program effectiveness and suggest policy improvements to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical-vocational education, curriculum development, or skills training management.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine TVET sector and related regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing projects and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable training strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting software.
