The Valiram Group is looking for an energetic and results-driven Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the prestigious Rituals boutique in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, coaching high-performing team members, and ensuring that every customer who visits our airport boutique enjoys the signature Rituals experience. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced travel retail environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered in alignment with the Rituals luxury brand philosophy.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and floor maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels, execute stock replenishment, and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Support the Store Manager with staff scheduling, training, and performance development.
- Handle store reporting, including daily sales summaries and operational feedback for regional management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that meets company excellence standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably within beauty, wellness, or premium fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence team members.
- Strong analytical skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are highly advantageous for a travel retail setting.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays, as per airport operations.
