Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring all areas meet established standards
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- Assist in developing promotional activities and special events to attract customers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
