Vastland Indonesia TBK, a leading player in the mining and energy sector, is seeking an experienced Supervisor Operasional to oversee operational excellence at its manufacturing facility in Punduh Pidada, Lampung. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, coordinating crossâfunctional activities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that drive productivity and cost savings. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operational activities in the manufacturing plant.
- Monitor production targets and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize workflow.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to operational staff.
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage shift scheduling and workforce allocation to meet production demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational supervisory role within manufacturing or mining sector.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and occupational health & safety (K3).
- Willingness to work in Punduh Pidada, Lampung and possibly relocate.
