Haven Highland is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Receptionist to lead our front desk team at Hotel Brynton in the beautiful Cameron Highlands. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest service delivery
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and inquiries professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and guest需求 satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and evaluate reception staff to maintain team performance standards
- Monitor reception area cleanliness and organization to uphold Hotel Brynton's presentation standards
- Handle reservations, bookings, and billing operations using property management systems
- Generate daily reports and maintain proper documentation of reception activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reception, front desk, or equivalent supervisory role
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to handling guest issues
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality service
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel property management systems is advantageous
- Prior experience in Cameron Highlands or similar highland resort destinations is a plus
