In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the physical landscape of our stores, ensuring that our visual identity is executed with precision, consistency, and excellence.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of store design elements, including graphics execution, category headers, architectural elevations, and intricate construction details. Responsibilities
- Supervise the accurate implementation of store design graphics and signage across various retail locations.
- Review and validate category headers, architectural elevations, and store layout details to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve design discrepancies during the execution phase.
- Conduct site visits and design audits to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all final elevations and drawing revisions are archived and updated.
- Analyze design challenges and provide technical solutions to optimize store space and customer navigation.
- Maintain consistent communication with store operations teams to align design updates with store-level needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in retail design, store planning, or a similar supervisory role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar industry-standard tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, technical details, and construction materials.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining rigorous quality control standards.
