Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure and server systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high availability.
- Manage security updates, patches, and system configurations to protect company data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new applications and services.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architectures and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding infrastructure requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in system engineering or IT administration.
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
