Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across multiple channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop creative concepts and scripts for short-form videos, static posts, and multimedia campaigns.
- Perform on-camera as the face of the brand or collaborate with other talents to produce authentic content.
- Monitor social media trends and audience insights to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotional calendars and brand guidelines.
- Analyze content metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and refine strategies accordingly.
- Manage content posting schedules and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Proven portfolio of high-engagement content on Instagram, TikTok, or other video platforms.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro).
- Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and audio recording.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) is a plus.
