Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve bakery products, beverages, and meals according to strict quality and operational guidelines.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders, take payments, and handle cash.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including tables, counters, and service areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including packaging, restocking ingredients, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in F&B service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing transactions.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Must be willing to adhere to the strict uniform policy: Black T-shirt, dark pants/jeans, and non-slip covered shoes.
