Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for primary and secondary students in accordance with the international curriculum.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive classroom that supports a diverse range of abilities and learning styles.
- Assess student progress using a variety of formative and summative methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs and promote growth for all learners.
- Integrate technology and digital resources to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and participate in curriculum development.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and contribute to the broader school community through events and activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area with teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in primary and secondary settings or international school context.
- Strong command of English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to differentiate instruction and use formative assessment effectively.
- Experience with or willingness to implement international curricula and assessment practices.
- Proficiency with technology in the classroom and digital learning tools.
