Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers in delivering engaging English-language lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Assist in developing and preparing bilingual teaching materials and resources
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students mastering English language skills
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed academic records
- Facilitate classroom activities that promote language acquisition and cultural understanding
- Collaborate with bilingual programme staff to implement differentiated instruction strategies
- Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language
- Previous experience in teaching assistant or classroom support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in education or child development (preferred)
- Familiarity with bilingual education methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
