Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the construction supervision team to ensure project goals are achieved within scope.
- Monitor daily construction activities to verify adherence to engineering designs, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Develop and track project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for administrative transparency.
- Facilitate effective communication between contractors, stakeholders, and internal management.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all site activities comply with local environmental and safety regulations (HSE).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in construction supervision, preferably within the energy or power sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK) and construction administration.
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High attention to detail regarding technical specifications and quality assurance.
- Available for contract-based employment and flexible to work on-site in Jakarta Raya.
