Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Desk Collection specialists to ensure targets are met consistently.
- Monitor daily team performance, call quality, and collection efficiency, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance recovery rates while maintaining a professional customer experience.
- Analyze collection data and performance trends to identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to Bank Indonesia regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous training to upskill team members.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management regarding team productivity and portfolio performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collection or debt recovery, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of debt collection regulations and fintech/banking operations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage team dynamics in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-evolving digital banking landscape.
