Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality artisanal frozen yogurt with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating guests on our unique, health-conscious menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and manage cash drawers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure that store aesthetics and presentation meet BLK 513 brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level/undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Must possess a valid health certificate (or willing to secure one).
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
