Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and product information
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash payments responsibly
- Prepare food and beverages according to brand standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including display shelves, counters, and dining spaces
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or issues to the supervisor promptly
- Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise deliveries
- Promote products and services through suggestive selling and promotional announcements
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Filipino and English
- Basic knowledge of food preparation or point-of-sale operations is an advantage
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
- Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
