Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of product formulation stability testing schedules.
- Monitor and record data from technical trials to ensure compliance with quality control parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline resource allocation for testing projects.
- Support the documentation of formulation processes and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in testing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing technical findings for senior management review.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
