Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical training curricula and learning materials that meet industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of training centers and programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with industry partners to ensure training relevance and competency alignment.
- Conduct regular competency assessments and skill gap analyses for trainees.
- Maintain accurate records of training outputs, graduate statistics, and program performance.
- Organize and facilitate skills competitions and technical exhibitions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Technical Education, or any relevant technical field.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in skills development or technical training.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum design and instructional methodology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills for monitoring program outputs and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and computer-aided design or relevant technical software.
- Civil Service Professional or Sub-professional eligibility is an advantage.
