Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and solution design.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and proposals.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to deliver integrated solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate progress and results.
- Identify upsell and crossâsell opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay upâtoâdate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer solutions, or engineering roles.
- Strong problemâsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse clients.
- Familiarity with CAD software, technical diagrams, or engineering tools is advantageous.
