Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering department to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Drive the end-to-end management of technical projects, from conceptualization and design to final implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align technical outcomes with company business objectives.
- Optimize operational workflows and implement best practices to increase team productivity and project output quality.
- Manage technical resources, equipment, and budget allocations to ensure optimal utilization.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports and technical briefings to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant discipline).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a technical/manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in project management methodologies and technical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical design tools.
- Strong understanding of local industry safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
