Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for technical initiatives.
- Coordinate daily activities among crossâfunctional teams including development, QA, product, and operations.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and budget.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and distribute action items to stakeholders.
- Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Assist in resource allocation, budget tracking, and financial forecasting for projects.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, methodologies, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, managing expectations and delivering clear communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a technical support role.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information to nonâtechnical stakeholders.
- Detailâoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
