Responsibilities
- Conduct professional site inspections to assess client needs and operational challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, cost estimates, and customized quotations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients to manage project timelines and expectations.
- Proactively assist in closing sales deals by providing technical clarity and building strong value propositions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to clients post-sale.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or related field).
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or field engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in preparing formal proposals and business correspondence.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for site visits and client meetings.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
