Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on MFPs and related electronic/electrical equipment.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and calibrate new equipment to meet manufacturer and client specifications.
- Provide clear, professional technical guidance to end-users on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, spare parts inventory, and machine performance logs.
- Collaborate with the service team to identify recurring technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers.
- Ensure all technical work complies with safety standards and company quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical maintenance, field service, or IT hardware support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on electronic equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle for travel to client sites.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong technical aptitude and interest in field engineering are encouraged to apply.
