Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support via remote channels and on-site visits for electrical and IT systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, and setup of equipment at client sites.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize system downtime.
- Manage vendor liaison for escalated technical issues and equipment procurement.
- Provide comprehensive product and system training to end-users to ensure optimal equipment utilization.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service logs, support requests, and resolution steps.
Qualifications
- Diploma or NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, field service, or maintenance roles.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical circuits and basic IT networking concepts.
- Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and common diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous for site visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple client locations.
