  • Conduct systematic troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures.
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize system downtime.
  • Manage vendor liaison for escalated technical issues and equipment procurement.
  • Provide comprehensive product and system training to end-users to ensure optimal equipment utilization.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, field service, or maintenance roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical circuits and basic IT networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and common diagnostic tools.
