Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training programs for Isuzu dealership technicians on automotive servicing and fundamentals.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Assess training needs and customize programs to address skill gaps.
- Evaluate trainee performance through written exams and practical assessments.
- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance technician proficiency.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and service techniques.
- Travel to dealerships as required to deliver on-site training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive service, preferably within a dealership or OEM.
- Proven experience as a technical trainer or instructor is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of engine systems, transmission, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in Laguna and travel to various dealership locations.
- Certification in automotive technology is a plus.
