Ultimate Control Engineering S/B is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our dynamic team in Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing building Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime for our clients.
You will actively participate in site meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting preventive general maintenance work for building systems, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair building M&E equipment problems efficiently and safely
- Conduct preventive general maintenance work for building systems and equipment
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders regarding maintenance requirements
- Perform regular inspections and diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems
- Document all maintenance activities and report issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Respond to emergency repair calls and provide technical support as needed
- Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors on complex repairs
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in M&E equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledge of building management systems and HVAC equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willingness to work overtime and respond to emergency calls
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., SKM, CIDB) is an advantage
