Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on lift and elevator systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment.
- Install new lift components, including motors, cables, controllers, and safety devices.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., SNI, ISO).
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and client staff.
- Respond promptly to service calls, minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source parts and stay updated on technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum vocational diploma (SMK) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of handsāon experience maintaining or repairing lift/elevator systems.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, traction, and machineāroomāless (MRL) elevator technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
- Valid certification in elevator safety and/or relevant technical training (e.g., Lift Operator Certificate).
- Good problemāsolving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work onāsite, including occasional evenings or weekends for emergency calls.
- Valid driverās license (SIM A) and ability to travel within the Bali region.
