You will collaborate closely with production engineers, safety officers, and other technicians to uphold the highest standards of product quality and operational efficiency. • Execute quality‑control (QC) analyses and maintain accurate records in compliance with ISO/ASME standards.
  • Support production by monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and 5S housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Maintain laboratory instrumentation, calibrate sensors, and document calibration logs.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Process Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a chemical laboratory or process plant environment.
  • Proficiency in standard analytical techniques (e.g., titration, pH measurement, spectrophotometry).
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures (e.g., OSHA, WSH) and chemical handling guidelines.
  • Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail.
