As a Technician at The St. Regis Singapore, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional standards of our luxury property. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment, throughout the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure optimal condition
- Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and hotel policies at all times
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance
- Document all maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment logs accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or similar industrial or commercial environment
- Technical certification or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance engineering
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and operation manuals
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and guests
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
