Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure optimal condition
  • Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and hotel policies at all times
