Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service to walk-in clients, addressing inquiries regarding broadband and mobile plans.
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and product display consistency.
  • Actively promote and upsell MyRepublic services, including value-added products and accessories.
  • Process sales transactions, service registrations, and account modifications accurately via internal systems.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with regional operations for restocking and logistics.
  • Resolve customer escalations and technical troubleshooting queries with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report regional retail trends to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software (MS Office).
  • Highly motivated, sales-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
