Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service to walk-in clients, addressing inquiries regarding broadband and mobile plans.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and product display consistency.
- Actively promote and upsell MyRepublic services, including value-added products and accessories.
- Process sales transactions, service registrations, and account modifications accurately via internal systems.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with regional operations for restocking and logistics.
- Resolve customer escalations and technical troubleshooting queries with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Monitor competitor activities and report regional retail trends to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software (MS Office).
- Highly motivated, sales-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for technology and customer care.
